My client, a highly reputable global organisation, are currently looking to recruit a Service Transition Lead on an initial 10 month contract.

You will be responsible for:
- End to End Service Transition
- Transitioning services into Go-Live applying pre-defined approached to the transition
- Liaising with Technical teams within the business, establishing AS-IS states at the moment.
- Producing high level documentation based on the information that you gather.

You will have
- Experience of transitioning services within a Global environment
- Implementation of Service Support models within a Global organisation
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- ITIL certified (or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical skills
- The ability to liaise with people at all levels in order to gain information
- A good understanding of Project Management methodologies
