A great opportunity to join an expanding market leader within the Business Process Outsourcing based around Customer management operations such as HR, Finance, Payroll, Call Centre et etc as a senior business developer winning new business within your assigned vertical (financial services, telecommunications, retail etc.) selling their leading range of services that are all based around outsourcing of customer management operations that are large scale projects and involve consultation around the business transformation piece.

The Role:
As a business development director you will be responsible for the generation of new business within your assigned vertical for LOGO based accounts(financial services (retail banking, insurance) or telecommunications or retail). You will handle the entire sales process from initial point of contact through to close, including working with the appropriate teams members for RFP's / tenders as well as solution architects in order to build a strong and robust solutions that meets your clients requirements both in terms of business operation streaming as well as ensuring it is fully compliant particularly if you are operating in the financial services space as well as offering a strong ROI particularly around CMO (customer management). You will also be responsible for working to account planning and leveraging appropriate resources in order to maximise revenue within the existing account base.


The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful business development director that can demonstrate a strong track record of new business wins over a sustained period of time within the BPO space ideally with an emphasis on CMO, however if you can demonstrate closing deals in the region of £25-70m TCV (total contract value) that involve true business transformation work as opposed to an overflow call centre you will be consider on individual merit. You will also be someone that is recognised as a domain expert within their chosen field (ideally financial services, telecommunications or retail). You will need to be someone that is well networked at "C" level within your area of the market and be used to closing both medium sized deals as well as closing large complex LOGO new accounts.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £80,000-£100,000 depending on experience, pension, health, company car and also an uncapped ote of between £150,000-£180,000 with the top performer earning £200,000 last year. Also on offer is the opportunity of working with a company that is growing and promotes from within so this could be the first step on the career ladder.
