International entertainments group currently in the market to appoint a Head of Operations to lead their new project over in China.
As the Operations Director you will be responsible for -
- Maximise sales and profit
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively to time constraints
- Product and market awareness
- Training and staff development
- Contribute towards business improvement projects
- Project operations- Recruitment
