Role
The key responsibilities for this exciting role include managing a small team and selling and developing cyber security solution to a mixture of markets and sectors. A proportion of the role will require high activity levels to develop existing relationships within the assigned territories. This role will also require a proportion of self generating leads and making and managing appointments. The role will require a certain amount of international travel. The successful candidate will be joining a strong technical sales team you will be required manage the team always striving to meet and exceed targets, converting marketing strategies into sales.

Candidate
An excellent opportunity for an experienced sales manager, the ideal candidate will be well organised, driven and have proven experience in a target based role. The type of person who can manage an experienced technical sales team, with an excellent aptitude to coerce at all levels of business and interface with a multitude of different size companies and organisations. A minimum of three year experience in cyber security solutions is essential. Polished oral and written communication skills are essential. This is an extremely exciting role and a great opportunity to be part of a stable organization experiencing rapid growth phase.


The Package
This as Sales Manger is offering a basic salary of £50,000 to £60,000 and a realistic OTE circa £80,000 with an attractive bonus scheme.
