GLOBAL E-LEARNING MANAGER/CONSULTANT - UK / GERMANY / USA (HOME BASED) - EUR76,000 / £55,000

A world leading Automotive supplier is recruiting for a Global E-Learning Leader to be based either at home or in one of their global offices (Germany or America). This is an exciting role for an individual looking to travel and join a world class organisation.

As the Global E-Learning Manager your role will be to develop, globalise, and maintain e-learning solutions for use by internal employees. Your goal will be to develop and promote the virtual learning solutions internally and so increase the internal use of e-learning training platforms. You will be the expert in e-learning training mediums and champion it´s use throughout the global business.

The successful Global E-Learning Manager will have good technical knowledge of virtual training platforms. You will have proven experience of developing and authoring high quality training materials and communicating on a global basis. Ideally you will have a background in Learning & Development with a working practice as a trainer in a technical environment. Ideally you will have a degree or MBA.

The successful candidate will have 6 months training at their head office in Germany (expenses covered by the company) and then can be home based in the UK, Poland or America.
