The Role
As Sales Director you will be responsible for all heavy hitting new business activities, selling a market leading and award winning portfolio of Globalization, Translation, Localization and Interpretation Services, targeting enterprise level companies in a range of arenas, with a focus in the IT, Gaming, Automotive and Medical Devices sectors. You will be based in London and will be targeting Global businesses, focussing on multi-million pound deals with sales cycles over 12 months.

The Candidate
The Sales Director will be based from home and must have a demonstrable track record of new business development within the Globalization, Translation, Localization and Interpretation services arena. You must be experienced at closing multi-million pound deals with Global corporates. You will a self motivated and driven high achiever who is able to work autonomously and take full responsibility of new business development activities. You must operate with a consultative style, building relationships in a relaxed and natural manner.

The Package
The Sales Director will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £80,000 and £90,000, depending on previous experience, with a generous, uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to around £120,000. Additional benefits include Company Car/Car Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Laptop and Phone.
