Business Development Manager-MANNED GUARDING-£80,000 OTE
This company is an industry leading organisation with a successful range of professional security services, selling manned guarding into large multi site retail companies, construction and the corporate sectors. As part of their growth, they currently have a requirement for two Business Development Manager's to cover the London area.
The role:
This is an opportunity for an individual who is highly motivated, target driven and who understands the sales process. Ideally currently selling Manned Guarding services or mobile patrol, the Business Development Manager will want to work for an established, growing and ambitious security company who have an excellent blue print for career progression and like to evolve staff quickly. You will be based out of their plush offices in Chelsea in a 50/50 internal/external role. You will be covering the greater London, Canary Wharf and City area targeting corporate companies.
Experience:
The Business Development Manager will be 100% new business focused, targeting and opening new accounts. It is essential that you maintain a high level of client contact, build strong lasting relationships and use your own initiative to present, market and sell new services to the clients and partners in your sales territory. You will also be well organised, effective and efficient with your time. 3-5 years + Manned Guarding experience is a must.
Package:
In return, the Business Development Manager will enjoy an industry leading remuneration package of £45,000-£50,000 basic salary depending on experience, £80,000 uncapped OTE plus a company car, Iphone and petrol card. You will also receive a competitive pension and private healthcare.
