Corporate Finance Manager

McGinnis Loy Associates are proud to be working with a Top Regional Accounting Firm who are looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Executive/Associate and CF Manager/Director for their growing team in the East Midlands. The firm has an enviable reputation across the Midlands and you will be working on high profile IPO's and other corporate transactions. You will be responsible for:

• Assisting with various transactions, interfacing with clients and other professionals in the preparation of business plans, information memorandum and supporting financial information.
• Working across Corporate Finance and other functions including Recovery and Transaction Services
• Supporting the senior advisory team in all aspects of Corporate Finance and wider advisory assignments
• Preparing documents including the Executive summaries to a competent level and ready for Director/Partner review.
• Building a rapport with clients and developing a clear and detailed understanding of the business and client expectations.
• Providing effective project management, ensuring clients and deal leaders are kept informed of progress and timetables are met.
• Managing and monitoring the progress of internal corporate finance colleagues (Manager level)
• Developing internal and external networks through professional contacts and attending networking events
• Business planning initiatives, and being a true business advisor to CF clients
• Robust analysis of the financials and assessing the impact on the transactions.

To be considered for either of the roles you should ideally be ACA/ACCA Qualified or have an MBA, Masters or an equivalent qualification. Currently working for another Top Accounting Firm, Bank or Corporate Finance boutique, you should be a high performer in your current role with exceptional business development experience, strong project management skills and an effective time manager.

On offer is a salary to £40/42,000 for CF Executive Level and £55-65,000 for CF Manager with benefits to include company pension, healthcare and holidays.
