Consumer Insights Director

We are currently working with a global leading provider of consumer measurement and analysis who have been recognised as one of the best companies to work for in the UK.

Due to ongoing expansion, they are currently seeking a Consumer Insights Director to join their successful team in London.

Following a recent win with a large retailer, this is a new and exciting role for an existing or aspiring CID to take on the lead on the account in the retail team. This is a high profile role where you will be given full licence to showcase your insight and client service credentials to shape the account. As the primary lead on the account, you will oversee the delivery of presentations and client management to ensure a strong relationship with your client.

You will need to demonstrate a solid and successful background within consumer/retail research. Have excellent insight delivery skills and ability to shape strategy. Have strong analytical skills coupled with outstanding client servicing skills with the ability to build relationships, act assertively and challenge when necessary. You must have team management experience.
