Reed Finance have joined partnerships with a respected global service provider who continue to expand and develop, ensuring they maintain their position as a market leader.
Our client is seeking a qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) senior finance professional to support the Finance Director as the Financial Controller; managing the financial reporting function and providing financial information internally and externally.
The Financial Controller will lead the business partnering team in the production of management accounts and associated reporting on a monthly, daily and ad-hoc basis for all business areas. The BP team provide detailed Analysis of revenue trends and associated data, providing recommendations and questioning business areas in relation to anomalies etc.
In order to maximize the role potential, the ability to build strong relationships with all business areas is crucial in order to build trust, confidence and to inspire business areas to take responsibility for budgets and request information from their Business Partner to drive business decisions.
The Financial Controller is required to report and present to the Executive Board level/COO, therefore the ability to provide detailed reporting and presenting with confidence and clarity is essential. In addition, you will lead a team of 9 finance and accounting individuals, therefore team management and team development skills are required.
This lead finance position will suit a commercial individual with a real passion and interest for business. During your first 6 months, you will be encouraged to understand and learn about the internal divisions, the business and the global operation.
An above market salary + car allowance + bonus is available
