The Role
The Business Development Manager will identify and create new business opportunities for a rapidly expanding and award winning provider of Telematics, Fleet Management and Vehicle Tracking solutions. You will be based from home and covering the whole UK, selling an innovative and pioneering portfolio of revolutionary hardware and software, targeting Corporate business with large fleets in the Logistics, Courier, Haulier and Utilities sectors. You will be aiming for deal sizes of a minimum of 100 units, ideally closing deals of 500 units and above.

The Candidate
The Business Development Manager will have a proven track record of new business sales and account management from within the Telematics, Fleet Management and Vehicle Tracking industry, with a strong network of clients in the sector. You must have a consultative sales approach and be a consummate field sales professional, able to self generate leads and manage your own diary and territory. Additionally you must be operating a high level, closing large scale corporate deals of 100 units as a minimum size.

The Package
Although the salary package for the Business Development Manager will be negotiable dependant on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of circa £50,000 to £60,000 basic with uncapped commission of bringing first year OTE up to £100,000. Additional benefits include Company Car/Car Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Laptop, Phone and Benefits.
