Technical Support Analyst

We have an urgent requirement for a Technical Support Analyst to join the London office of this well respected and established insurance software house. The Technical Support Analyst will have involvement in all the diverse pieces of solution development and building activity, in the sense that it touches all the projects in progress. Key Accountabilities include: Ensuring smooth running of backups, associated processes and services; Ensuring servers are up to date with Virus protection; Patch Management; Perform services as documented in hosting contracts; PC and Server Builds; Network Changes & Management; Day to day Helpdesk support & Call progress documentation; Ensuring performance of team against SLA.
