Sales Manager - Unified Communication - £85,000 OT

You will help deliver successful targets and assist a successful team who provide a number of products and solutions, including interactive white board solutions and conference room communication solutions. The Role:
In this Sales Manager position you will be responsible for managing and delivering a successful team who provide a number of unified communication products and solutions, including conference room solutions and unified VoIP communications for businesses as well as interactive white board and projector solutions in to Education. You will lead a team, managing the internal and external sales team, and deliver successful strategies and targets within the specified time frames to ensure all sales targets are achieved. You will be reporting to the sales director and will be largely responsible for achieving targets, ensuring KPI's of the sales team are met as well as manage customer relationships.

The Candidate:
You will be a motivated, dynamic and self-driven Business Development Manager with 2-5 years of direct sales management experience managing a team who provide similar solutions with team sizes of 3-10 individuals as well as someone who has demonstrated a successful track record managing teams and delivering targets. Reporting in to a Reading office you will have a full understanding of how sales targets and a sales team KPI's are achieved timeously and effectively. You must be well presented with strong communication skills with the ability to develop new relationships at all levels while managing the expectations of existing clients and directors.

The Package:
An initial basic salary of £50,000 - £70,000 is on offer for an ideal candidate with an £85,000 OTE. Additional benefits include a laptop + phone.
