Interim Finance Director - Housing

My client, a growing and successful Housing Association based in Merseyside is recruiting for an Interim Finance Director to assist them for a period of 3-6 months. Based in prestigious offices, this is a highly visible role that will report directly to board level whilst interfacing with key areas internally and externally.
A hugely commercial post, you will lead on the development and implementation of functional strategies, managing a large team and being responsible for all areas of performance and budgets within the Finance function.
You must be a qualified accountant, have relevant Housing sector experience with a high level of personal integrity and a strong focus on personal accountability to deliver effective outcomes. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to think commercially and provide strategic business insight, think strategically and solve complex problems.
