VP Solutions & Sales - Munich

Our client, a global in telecommunications and infrastructure, is looking for a Vice President/Director level profile with experienced in selling infrastructure and data networking solutions, to join a growing team of professionals. The role is based in Munich, Germany with a good salary, excellent benefits package and opportunity for career progression within an expanding business.
This role is ideal for an experienced senior sales professional, who wants to take that next step in their career.
The position will have responsibility for the Western European area.

In this position, you will be responsible for;
*Developing long-term and medium-term IT marketing plans to improve sales approach
*Plan and develop the sales network, recruit and enable partners, maintain partner relationship
*Locate and identify customer pain points through various mediums
*Present value-added solutions and services to customers
*Driving the strategy and market planning for product introduction
*Represent our customer at corporate events and presentations

Successful applicants must have;
*10 years of sales experience with data communications industry experience
*2-3 years of experience in a VP or Director level role
*Proven experience driving market strategies
*Ability to give consulting to customers and provide value-added solutions and services
*Ability to present value-added solutions to customers on technical and commercial level
*Ability to follow up on sales leads
*Speak fluent English to business level. Fluent German is also a benefit
*Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Networking/Science or related subject
