As part of their expansion and growth strategy, they are actively seeking an Head of Permanent Recruitment to head up their established Doctors and Nursing Divisions.

This is a fabulous opportunity for a capable and highly credible recruitment professional with a proven track record of sustained Business growth within these sectors (Doctor and Nursing). Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Business, within a flexible, forward thinking and supportive management structure.

You will need to have a comprehensive knowledge of the Doctor and Nursing recruitment sector (framework and private), coupled with a strong intellect to operate effectively in this high profile and critical role and proven track record of success within all areas at Senior Management level.

In addition you will need well developed-management skills and have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire. The role will offer excellent career progression opportunities within this rapidly expanding global organisation.
