IT Service Desk Manager required to manage a busy team of service desk engineers, at peak time. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills to manage them through an extremely busy time of year. You will be supporting an established Service Desk team of 20, improving the team's performance and service standard.
Candidates should have excellent stakeholder management, a strong IT background / knowledge and a proven track record in service improvement.
