Fantastic Investment Opportunity for Entrepreneurial Managing Director to lead Management Buy In / Buy Out of non-domestic cooling & heating equipment (manufacture, sale and maintenance) business
North UK ( Manchester ) Package to £100,000 + equity opportunity
The Managing Director will lead the management team through the Buy Out of this highly profitable approx. £10million turnover niche cooling & heating equipment manufacturing business, supplying to OEMs and end users.
Due to the retirement plans of the current shareholders, the opportunity has arisen for an experienced Managing Director to lead the management team in a Management Buy In / Buy Out.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity for significant equity participation and should have the ability to invest at least £200k of their own personal equity in order to achieve this. With previous experience, at Managing Director level, of raising finance, working with private equity you will ideally have participated in a previous Management Buy Out / Buy In opportunity.
Experience in manufacturing is essential for the successful candidate; experience in the specific Cooling / Heating sector is an advantage but not a pre-requisite for this role.
