Well it's not as they have numerous case studies from a range of FTSE 500 and large corporate business that show a significant ROI in terms of employee engagement, performance and retention levels once they have embraced the programme and fully implemented it. This is a fantastic opportunity for a new business developer who has tha ability to work in a relationship focused sale whilst influencing the decision.

The Role:
As a business development manager your primary responsibility will to engage and network with HR Directors and "C" level suite decision makers within large corporate business. Whilst developing the relationship you will need to be someone that has the ability to influence and push the client to change their behaviour towards their staff from the top down as for this to work their needs to be complete buy in. You will have every sales persons dream portfolio of client testimonials and case studies to refer to some of which show ROI's that are dramatic to say the least.

The Candidate:
You will be highly successful business development manager from within the HR solution such as recognition solutions, leadership and development training and / or high order value human capital management solutions and can demonstrate a successful track record of winning new business within the FTSE 500 market place for a sustained period of time. Any exposure leadership training or other solutions where you have to build a relationship with HR whilst showing them they need to change the way in which they work and operate in order to change the culture of business in order to maximise the ROI that this solution can offer is essential. Their approach is based on "The Challenger Sale" methodology.


The Package:
For the right individual you will be eligible for a competitive basic salary in the region of £50,000 - £60,000 Uncapped Commission structure with an ote of £100,000 which is uncapped with an accelerator, additionally you maintain earning revenue from any of the clients you bring on board so in years 2 and 3 you can earn substantial money with the top earner currently earning in excess of £200,000. You will also have the benefit of working for a very secure and stable organisation that provide superb working conditions and training as well as an aggressive growth strategy for the UK region which will open up careers opportunities.
