The Role:
Following record sales for 2015, this client is looking to build on its growth with the addition of an experienced Building Information Management Consultant. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for consulting on 24 projects per annum. The Bentley software that the clients will be using focuses on the construction, design and documentation of building projects. This innovative product is rolled out to many sectors including construction, manufacturing and rail. You will conduct training, offer support when needed and be an overall point of contact for your clients. Based out of the Birmingham area you will have excellent travel links with clients no more than a short train journey away.
The Candidate:
This is a key position offering you the freedom to combine consultancy, training and support for your clients. The Building Information Management Consultant will be joining a successful and established team; so hard work and an excellent team ethic are essential. Applicants will be confident, driven, resourceful, technically trained in an architectural or building information management arena. A degree in architecture, construction management, mechanical or structural engineering is favourable but not essential.
The Package:
The Building Information Management Consultant will benefit from a generous basic salary commensurate with experience, although initial indications are in the region of £65,000-£70,000 with excellent prospects for progression. Other benefits will include a pension, a company vehicle and expenses with generous holiday allowance.
