The Role:
In this Business Development Manager position, you will be responsible for hunting new business across the UK targeting big ticket deals and multi-million pound tender contracts to provide a range of facility management and service contracts to large enterprise clients across the UK. Based in the field, you will actively develop relationships with key decision makers and manage and nurture relationships within existing accounts. You will be reporting to the managing director and will be responsible for the growth of the company in both the UK and Europe.

The Candidate:
You will be a dynamic Business Development Director with direct industry experience selling facility management and service contracts to large enterprise clients across the UK as well as someone who has demonstrated a successful track record achieving large sales targets. You will have experience in writing and bidding for large contracts so key understanding of the tendering process is essential. Servicing UK you will have a strong understanding of sales to enterprise clients. You must be a new business hunter with the ability to develop relationships so it is essential you have strong communication skills. The ability to develop new relationships at all levels while managing the expectations of existing accounts is of necessity.

The Package:
An initial basic salary of £55,000 - £75,000 is on offer for an ideal candidate with an £120,000 OTE. Additional benefits include a car allowance, laptop + phone.
