Head of Security

Working at this prestigious location in London, as the Security Operations Manager you will ensure that the organisation has the highest possible standards of Security and will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the organisations security operations and for all matters relating to security. You will be responsible for identifying, threats & risks and managing the implementation of Security policies and procedures relevant to a health care organisation and ensure that they are properly and efficiently implemented and maintained.

* Demonstrable experience of working within a security environment within the service industry.
* Operational experience
* Understanding the importance of identifying threats or acts of crime and/or terrorist risks.
* Experience of managing and developing large teams in a diverse environment.
* Experienced in writing policies & procedures.
* Experienced in the investigation of security related incidents and root cause analysis.
* Experience of liaison with enforcing authorities.
* Thorough knowledge of risk management.
* Computer literate including Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of other relevant software packages.
* Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
