Implementation Consultant - IWMS CAFM solutions

Our client is an established supplier of software solutions to the property sector for facilities management (CAFM) and integrated workplace management (IWMS) and is part of a very successful group with offices in the UK and internationally. Growth plans mean they have a requirement for Implementation Consultants to join the UK team.

Experience of the FM, property, real estate or physical asset management industries is a requirement in a software solutions environment. Any experience of implementing CAFM, IWMS or CMMS products such as Archibus, Tririga, Planon, QFM, Concept, Planet, FM Facts, Maximo, TabsCAFM, CAFM Explorer etc would be very relevant as would other property related applications including Manhattan, Tramps, o6ix, Yardi Voyager, Horizon, Qube, ECS, gvas, MRI, Propware, Estateman, Propman etc.

Candidates with experience of implementing other property applications will also be considered together with those with a strong understanding of CAFM or IWMS as expert users who may have worked in a facilities management business support team.

In the role you will be responsible for implementing projects and provide strategic consulting services to new and existing clients. Additional responsibilities can include providing a functional design service for reports, screens, menus etc, training and bespoke documentation.

You must be self-motivating, well organised and a success driven individual able to make decisions, possess excellent communication, interpersonal, presentational and written skills in English. You must also be able to travel, primarily within the UK and possibly overseas on occasion as the projects demand.
