A leading cloud computing provider is looking to recruit a Sales Director who will be responsible for managing a team of Business Development Managers and Team Leads who are generating leads and building pipeline for the sales team.

The Sales Director will be responsible for motivating and managing a team of 12 and growing the team through recruiting and on-boarding.

This is a 'hands-on' role and as the Sales Director you will be expected to develop business and generate a pipeline of opportunities, in addition to managing and leading your teams.

Requirements
* Prospect within both new and existing customer relationships for new revenue opportunities.
* A Team Player with a positive "can-do" attitude
* Lead trade shows, conferences and sales meetings
* Able to influence at Board / Senior Level
* Establish and qualify pipeline opportunities by engaging the appropriate resources to develop technical requirements and solutions.
* Deliver training sessions that enable your teams to learn constantly about industry trends and sales techniques
* 5 years managing a business development team within cloud or hosting space in the B2B environment
* Able to consider both regional and global views

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record within the cloud space and will have dealt with major corporates and blue-chip accounts previously. We are looking for somebody who is able to lead and motive there growing new business team
