Project Manager
Project Manage required for a client in Berkshire on a Business Transformation and Change project for a highly reputable organisation in central Berkshire. This is a new project centred around changing the way this organisation provides services to their users, and will involve both people and process change. This will involve people change, business change, and IT systems change.
You will be managing a project in order to facilitate business process change and re-engineering. This will be via establishing core process that exist at the moment, and working with the people across the organisation to understand what new processes should look like.
Ideally, you will have extensive experience in the following areas:
- Project Management
- Workshop facilitation
- Lean Six Sigma methodology
- Business Change
- People Change
- Prince Certified
