Solution Architect
London (City) - London
Leading business process and technology service provider to the insurance industry is looking for a Solution Architect. The Solution Architect is the technical lead for major Change projects and programmes and typically work on 2-3 projects concurrently. The Solution Architect will be required to create and articulate solution architectures that meet functional and non-functional requirements, encompassing the business, application, data and infrastructure elements of the solution. Furthermore, the Solution Architect is expected to retain the technical lead role for a Change activity until it is implemented and successfully transitioned to Production. The Solution Architect role does not have direct line manager responsibilities although can be expected to coordinate other technical staff as and when required. It is essential that candidates have a proven ability to develop, and see through to implementation and operation, commercially feasible Solution Architectures for complex projects, ideally using a best practice framework using enterprise tools.
