Lead Business Analyst

Our client, one of the leading providers of policy checking, policy issuance and premium collection services, has an urgent requirement for an experienced Business Analyst. The Lead Business Analyst is typically responsible for the successful delivery of Business Analysis outputs for one or more complex projects or programmes. The Lead Business Analyst will be an expert in Business Analysis, including skilled practical experience of the supporting methods and Tools. They will be able to work with minimum direction and supervision. The Lead Business Analyst will be accountable for the co-ordination and successful delivery of all Business Analysis outputs for assigned projects or programmes. This may require them to co-ordinate and direct the activities of other Business Analysts. The Lead Business Analyst will also typically be asked to Mentor less experienced Business Analysis staff. Candidates will be expected to have London Market Insurance or General Insurance experience as well as experience of acting as a Lead Analyst on major programmes, directing the effort and ensuring the quality of other Business analysts on the programme. In addition, Business Analysis (BCS or equivalent), London Market Insurance or General Insurance qualifications or Systems Analysis qualifications (BCS or equivalent), PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner and/or ACORD qualifications would be highly beneficial.
