Programme Manager

Specialist business process and technology service provider is looking for an experienced Programme Manager. The Programme Manager is typically accountable for the successful delivery of a programme or set of projects which are bound together by a common objective or outcome. Typically a Programme Manager manages a programme budget up to £3M pa. The Programme Manager will be an expert in change management, including skilled practical experience of the supporting methods and Tools. They will be able to work with minimum direction and supervision. The Programme Manager will also typically be asked to Mentor less experienced project management staff. Significant experience is required for consideration for this position (at least 5 years) of delivering complex change programmes, typically > 18 months duration and budget under management up to £3m. Typical areas of complexity managed includes: business, political, or other high-profile impacts, complex inter-dependencies and substantial uncertainty or risk. This experience should ideally have been gained within the London Market Insurance or General Insurance sectors.
