This rapidly growing, PE backed, international Technology SME provides a portfolio of products that directly impact the everyday consumer. Via multiple products and various subscription and licensing revenue models this business has seen accelerated growth over the past 18 months.
It is now seeking a highly impressive and hands on CFO.
Partnering an experienced CEO and sitting on the exec team, you will: ensure financial rigour across cash flow management, balance sheet integrity, treasury, tax and financial reporting. Additionally, you will provide tactical and strategic support, demonstrating business leadership, advising the CEO on market conditions, supporting growth strategies and working with external advisors including PE.
You will be a proven CFO within a SME environment or an individual who has excelled in a no2 role and is now seeking a no1 position. Having driven business change through insightful financial analysis, you will have successfully partnered a CEO or similar, demonstrate superior communication skills, have creative flair and the obvious natural ability to operate at pace.
With impressive levels of intellectual horsepower and a combination of hands on accounting acumen and commercial excellence you will exhibit excellence, integrity, drive and talent to succeed in this dynamic, fast pace and exhilarating environment.
Experience of the Technology sector, SaaS / subscription revenue model or working for a PE backed business are not essential.
