Business Development Manager - Research/Advisory- EUR200,000 OTE
This FTSE 100 Company provide an award winning range of market research, auditing and advisory service into a variety of different mutli-national corporate enterprises. Based in Madrid, you will be part of an innovative company who are determined to become market leaders in the shortest time feasible by providing exceptional service to new and existing companies.

The Role:
Due to a very successful financial year a key role has been created within a visionary market research, auditing and advisory service Company. Even though you will be set monthly KPI's in this target driven environment, your primary responsibility will be to be an effective relationship manager for both new and existing business. Based out of their state of the art offices in Madrid with occasional travel around Europe, the successful Business Development Manager will be targeting companies with a turnover of £100,000,000+. As well as receiving incoming leads you will also be required to generate your own leads and successfully build your immediate network.

The Candidate:
To be successful in this demanding role the Business Development Manager will need to be a tenacious and self-motivated new business winner with a good understanding of some sort of market research, audit or advisory service. Reporting to the sales director you will have to have the self-confidence and motivation to get in front of a number of key decision makers of a variety of industries and explain the benefits of using your company's award winning services over others.

The Package:
As well as a fantastic health, pension plan company car or generous car allowance the Business Development Manager will be working to a base of between £130k - £140k depending on experience. Through using the companies effective training opportunities you will be able to earn an OTE of £200,000, however last year the company's top earners earned considerably more than this.
