Account Executive / Appointed Representative

Our client, a specialist independent Lloyd’s broker, are seeking individuals, probably but not necessarily existing Account Executives, who want to start their own insurance brokerage but need an infrastructure including agencies, systems, compliance and so on. The company allows their Appointed Representatives (AR) to be involved in the broking process and encourage them to broke their own risks as opposed to having risks centrally broked. The company is therefore able to offer a market leading offer with good commission rates and ownership of the business. As a member of their AR network you will have their full support and be able to call upon other members for theirs. By working closely together and sharing market knowledge they believe that they offer the perfect environment for prosperity. The company will provide the reassurance and support to enable you to concentrate on servicing your clients whilst they provide you with access to a range of insurance products and facilities and take care of your compliance and accounting requirements, all whilst continuing to trade under your own name. In addition, they don't believe in charging administration fees on business placed via their in-house underwriting facilities and their underwriting, accounts and administration teams are there to provide all the support and assistance you need.
