The company is a global leader in delivering complete turnkey plants and system solutions for recovering energy from waste. It is constantly working on improving technology and is promoting innovation to better meet their clients’ needs and has so far engineered and built approximately 600 around the world.
It has successfully developed and built half a dozen plants in the UK and is seeking to strengthen its position with the recruitment of this new role.
Key responsibilities will be to take control of the technical and commercial aspects of project bids, the management of all market development activities and securing new customer orders in the UK, to lead customer and consortium negotiations whilst developing and supporting the existing network of contacts.
The successful candidate will possess a degree in mechanical or process engineering with expertise gained within an engineering based project business or in the operation of large plants. With such a strong customer interface the candidate will have excellent negotiation skills as well as a goal-oriented approach.
