Are you a data-driven, Performance Marketing professional, able to take charge of managing high traffic B2C websites, looking to join a leading digital media & performance marketing company?
Managing a marketing budget of over £3 million, you will look after delivering campaigns across all digital marketing channels (Native Ads, PPC, Affiliates, Emailing, RTB)

Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing for its Full Service department, in charge of managing high traffic B2C websites for our long-term clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of those websites:
* Over 8 international markets (UK, France, Italy, Germany, Australia, etc.)
* Across all digital marketing channels (Native Ads, PPC, Affiliates, Emailing, RTB)
* Reporting directly to the CEO and drive insight for the business
* Managing a marketing budget of over £3 million
Role and Responsibilities:
* You will be in charge of identifying online channels to drive acquisition for the business
* You will manage budget and ROI for these channels
* You will manage key partnerships to drive traffic to the websites
* You will look after delivering campaigns across all digital marketing channels (Native Ads, PPC, Affiliates, Emailing, RTB)
* You will create content that convert and manage content optimization
* You will conduct competitor analysis and look at new territories and markets to target
* You will track campaign performance drive insight for the business
* You will work in a testing led environment e.g. landing pages, bids, creative, etc. and conducting landing page/web page optimisation to drive further acquisition
* You will oversee and implement eCRM strategy in order to improve customer retention rate and value
Requirements:
* Extensive experience driving engagement and acquisition for an ecommerce organisation
* Good understanding of Google Analytics and other online tools (Optimizely, VWO, Mixpanel, etc.)
* Good data-driven experience with a perfect understanding of ROI measurement/attribution and optimization
* Creative mind and be a great problem solver with strong analytical and numerical capacity with excellent Excel skills
* Time management skills
* Remarkable attention to details, autonomous, resourceful and multitasking
* Good communication skills and experience negotiating partnerships
* University degree, ideally in engineering or computer-science
