Interim Financial Controller
Croydon - South East
A leading professional services consultancy going through significant change requires an experienced Interim Finance Controller for a period of 6-9 months to help drive change and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support the finance team
* Business partnering with non-financial stakeholders in respect of costs and reporting
* Reporting to board
* Monthly management reporting
* Variance analysis, costs vs budgets/forecasts, recoveries
* Liaising with external auditors
* Assist in the development of the implementation of a new ERP system
Key Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge and experience in a professional services business
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* Excellent Business Partnering ability
* Management experience
* Capex knowledge
* Strong systems knowledge (Ideally Microsoft systems)
