Sales and Business Development Manager

Highly respected specialist MGA is planning for continued growth of their already successful business. As part of this development phase of the company this new position is being created to continue the work that is currently carried out by the Directors and other senior staff . The main function of the role will be to grow the business by the development of new broker relationships, monitoring and maintaining existing relationships with brokers, insurers, and other business partners. This will be a very senior position working alongside the CEO and other Directors of the company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long term and challenging position to potentially become a key leader in the running of the business. The successful candidate should ideally have a proven track record &/or already have a senior role within a similar operation. Someone known in the London market would be useful and some operations skills would be highly advantageous.
