Project Director

FINTEC recruit is looking for a Project Director for our international Engineering client, an expert of public transport in India. This is a permanent position with salary $200,000 -$250,000 range plus company car, and other benefits. Assistance with relocation/accommodation/visa permit.



Role and Responsibilities



As a Project Director your responsibilities will include the following:-



* Responsible for overall co-ordination with Detail Design Consultant, Construction Contractors, Contractors and consortium members
* Managing a team of accountants and trainees so needs strong tram management skills along with good technical knowledge
* Responsible for implementation of Project Management Plan
* Assistance in preparation of Tender Document for procurement of system
* Preparation of manuals
* Assistance in preparation of preliminary design and tender for underground portions/ underground stations, elevated portions/stations and service buildings





The ideal candidate for the Project Director role will have



* At least 25-30 years experience in Infrastructure / rail
* Master's Degree in engineering and preferably an MBA
* Working knowledge of Windows and MS Office
* Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and geographically diverse environment
