Our client, a well-funded start up are actively looking for a Director to join their growing team on a permanent position based in Hilversum.

For this role you will be responsible for:

* Managing the commercial Revenue of the business through Channel Distribution, Content sales and other monetization opportunities.
* Establish and grow the Channel market on an international level
* Manage and guide senior sales teams and individuals on a global basis

For this position you will possess the following skills:

* Experience in a similar position.
* Strong experience within the Media/Broadcasting industry.
* Extensive Sales experience.
