The Role:
In this exciting position as Sales Director you will be proactively developing and motivating a team of business development managers and account managers, creating and implementing personal development plans to maximize each individual's potential. With an unrivalled portfolio of Corporate Travel solutions, the team will be prospecting and building relationships with top tier clientele, whereby you will be extremely influential in the larger deals. In a rapid growth phase, you will also be pivotal in recruiting and developing a successful team around yourself. Selling into a variety of verticals, you will be liaising with several c-level decision makers and as such you will act as a brand ambassador, representing yourself and the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
The ideal Sales Director will have a proven track record of managing a successful team, within the Corporate Travel space. You will be a self-starter, with a commercial focus, showcasing a keen drive and desire to expand, win and maximum revenue from all new business opportunities. It is essential you have team management experience, with the ability to recruit, train and develop a successful team of business development managers. You must demonstrate a track record excelling in a target driven environment, with the ability to utilize and work alongside other departments in order to benefit both yourself and company when pitching new clients.

The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £80,000 and £90,000. On top of this is a rewarding bonus structure.
