Business Consultant (Local Authority - EMEA)

Business Consultant with Local Authority expertise (Public Services and Healthcare) is required to offer thought leadership, enterprise transformation and business process performance improvement to public services and healthcare industry customer within EMEA for a market leader in Cloud enterprise application software. Our client's solutions empower people and organizations to leverage business insight more effectively to optimise output, efficiency and effectiveness.
Local Authority Business Consultant Role:
* Lead customer engagements to assess strategic objectives, create digital innovation scenarios, facilitate customer visioning workshops, and propose innovative business models and key improvement opportunities and other sources of incremental economic value.
* Offer innovation and thought leadership about current and future trends you will embrace and drive the Digital agenda.
* Partner with field sales teams to identify revenue opportunities, create account strategies including ROI analysis.
* As part of virtual EMEA team you will travel to meet customers and partners across the EMEA region.
Local Authority Business Consultant Expectations and Tasks:
* Responsible for leadership of the positioning within the public services and healthcare industries within EMEA.
* Identification, development, and execution of targeted sales opportunities; resulting in an engagement at executive level with the top EMEA clients in Public Services. Develop and validate high-quality business plans, digital transformation roadmap and value analysis.
* Oversee engagement and delivery of customer value proposition and business plan. Act as trusted advisor for customers. Serve as a primary conduit between the Global and Regional Industry Business Units and field sales organizations to oversee, influence and track the execution of key field sales priorities.
* Devise comprehensive strategies to engage partners and strategic influencers in areas such as thought leadership, business development and packaged solution development. Regularly benchmark customers for best practices and value achieved.
* Brand development through thought leadership, content creation, appearances, articles and social and traditional media interviews.
Local Authority Business Consultant Work Experience:
* 5 years+ of business consulting experience with experience in "Public Service industries"
* C-Level messaging and influencing experience. Advanced knowledge of value selling methodology, of business opportunities, value chain, processes and ecosystem analyses.
* Experience in leading engagements, large accounts, design and facilitation of workshops
* Fluency in English, other languages an asset
