The Role:
As a business development manager you will be responsible for targeting the largest organisations in the UK including both public sector (local authorities, central government, NHS etc) and FTSE 500 company's opportunities in terms of developing new business. You will working alongside a pre-sales team that is both technically strong and also commercially minded so will genuinely assist you with the sales process.

The Candidate:
You will be over achieving solution lead sales professional within the ITSM or related spaces that can demonstrate a successful track record of over achievement of targets and the ability to close large deals (£250k-£1m). Ideally you will have worked for a challenger brand or in a start environment so you are used to working for a dynamic flexible business which is fast paced.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £60,000-£80,000 depending on experience and uncapped ote £120,000-£150,000 (1st year) with an accelerator once you surpass your target.
