Delivered through a flexible and scalable SaaS based offering they are changing the way in which many Fortune 1000 and other enterprise customers manage, engage and reward their workforce in order to improve staff morale, loyalty and brand engagement is looking to add to their team in the UK.

The Role:
As a business development manager your primary responsibility will to engage and network with HR Directors and "C" level suite decision makers within large corporate business 1,000+ employees. Whilst developing the relationship you will need to be someone that has the ability to influence and push the client to change their behaviour towards their staff from the top down as for this to work their needs to be complete buy in. You will have every sales persons dream portfolio of client testimonials and case studies to refer to some of which show ROI's that are dramatic to say the least.

The Candidate:
You will be highly successful sales professional from within the HR / human capital management software or service market from environments such as talent management software, e-learning, LMS, human capital management software, recognition solutions, leadership and development training and / or high order value human capital management solutions and can demonstrate a successful track record of winning new business within the FTSE 500 / enterprise customers (1,000+ employees) market place for a sustained period of time. Any exposure leadership training or other solutions where you have to build a relationship with HR whilst showing them they need to change the way in which they work and operate in order to change the culture of business in order to maximise the ROI that this solution can offer is essential. They have also had success with people from alternative software backgrounds in particular if the software is a non-critical business application where you sell based on the value it can add to the business as opposed to simple features and benefits.


The Package:
For the right individual you will be eligible for a competitive basic salary in the region of £75,000 - £100,000 Uncapped Commission structure with an ote of £130,000-£160,000 which is uncapped with an accelerator, additionally you maintain earning revenue from any of the clients you bring on board so in years 2 and 3 you can earn substantial money with the top earner currently earning in excess of £250,000.
