OSS Business Analyst - Telecoms
Darwin Recruitment are urgently searching for an OSS Business Analyst for one of our key clients based in Brussels.
Key responsibilities:
- Business analysis on the transformation program
- Service assurance
- Liase between developmet, design and implementation team across the OSS platforms
- Champion, explain and demonstrate process to stakeholders, staff, frontline workers and the wider public
- Assess impact of processes changes on operations, people and systems
Required Experience
- Experience in Telecommunications industry is a must
- Knowledge of eTOM and CRM
