Head of Electronics Development
Basel - Switzerland
My client are a world-leader in engineering and automation, and are currently seeking a senior manager experienced in hardware development to take the lead of the electronics team. This is a senior role reporting directly to board-level and offers international exposure.
Your responsibilities:
* Development of electronics and embedded software in field of automation.
* Define strategy for the electronics team in conjunction with the CIO and Board.
* Project coordination of development goals in line with business goals.
* Responsibility for 24 engineers.
Your tool-kit should include:
* Strong academic background in electronics/hardware engineering.
* At least five years experience in line management.
* Fluent English and German language skills.
* Hands-on approach and no fear of getting involved to achieve the goals of your business unit.
