Interim Finance Director
London - Home Based
A hands-on, commercially aware Interim Finance Director is sought for one of Europe's sector specialists, based in London, to join their senior management team. £600-£850 per day (dependant on experience).
The role:
The successful candidate will take on this key role during a period of change and transition within the organisation.
They will initially be leading & managing a commercially orientated team, taking ownership of the business from a financial perspective with one of the first priorities being to take immediate charge of the budgeting process.
They will also work closely and business partner with senior stakeholders and General Managers.
Additionally, reporting and presenting in weekly/monthly director meetings & involvement in ad hoc projects will be required.
The successful candidate will be/have:
A qualified accountant
Previous experience in a similar role
Background in Operational Finance
Proven track record in team management
Prior business partnering experience
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to prioritise requirements, work with different personalities and hit the ground running.
