The Role:
The Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and growing new business opportunities within the Enterprise market, selling an innovative and revolutionary portfolio of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions, targeting the top 1000 companies within the UK. Self-generating leads you will be booking and attending meetings with key clients, building rapport and closing the sale. Liaising with a variety of decision makers, with a focus on IT directors and Financial Directors, you will act as a brand ambassador, representing yourself and the company in a well presented and professional manner.

The Candidate:
The Sales Manager must have a proven track record of new business development, selling IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. It will be highly advantageous if you have a qualification in ITIL. It is essential you have experience within the enterprise market and a strong understanding of the key decision makers within the IT environment. You must demonstrate a track record excelling in a target driven environment, with the ability to utilize and work alongside other departments in order to benefit both yourself and company when pitching new clients.

The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is that as Sales Manager you will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £80,000 and £100,000. On top of this is a n aggressive and lucrative, rewarding commission structure, that brings your first year on target earnings up to £200,000.
