VP of Technology

VP of Technology - Software/Development/.NET/Agile/Zug/Switzerland

Our client, a worldwide education company, are seeking a VP of Technology to build a new technology team in their Switzerland office.

You will be responsible for revamping a part of the business that specialises in educational tours, ultimately enabling the company to provide high quality tours at affordable prices. You will be a key member of the executive team that drives strategy for land and flight operations and act as the main technical business partner across Europe and America.

You will also regularly collaborate with the existing team in USA so you will need a willingness to travel.

You should come from a development background ideally in .Net and have experience working in start-ups or smaller companies.

You should have experience in building, developing and managing tech teams and deep agile development experience. An entrepreneurial spirit with vision and creativity is a must for this position.

English speaking is a must, any additional languages are a plus.
