You will be using a broad range of security solutions, ranging from CCTV, Key Holding and Risk Management. The Role:
As a Regional Sales Manager you will primarily be prospecting new business through cold calling and utilising the extensive client database. As well as this you will be growing and developing relationships within your portfolio of key accounts, to ensure repeat business and maximise up-selling opportunities. With an unrivaled portfolio of Security solutions, you will ensure all clients' needs are covered by this companies offering, ensuring you are the one stop shop for all their security needs. Targeting the Corporate market across all verticals you will have technical knowledge and able to confidently pitch the solutions to c-level executives, both face to face and over the phone.

The Candidate:
To be successful in your role as a Regional Sales Manager you will need to be a highly motivated and energetic individual who is financially driven and keen to make that step up on the Security Sales career ladder. It is essential that you have over 5 years' experience selling Security Solutions into the corporate market, with ideally a good understanding of the hierarchy within the Banking and Financial Services verticals. With a proven track record within this space, you will ideally have key contacts in this space you can utilise in order to hit the ground running.

The Package:
As a Regional Sales Manager the basic salary will be in the range of £50,000-£70,000, negotiable depending on experience. The commission structure brings your OTE upwards of £100,000, with the room to earn more for a successful candidate.
