QA DIRECTOR - (MEDICAL DEVICES) - COMPETITIVE SALARY/PACKAGE - HAMPSHIRE

A leading Medical Device Manufacturing company is currently recruiting for an QA Director to be based at their site in Hampshire.

The QA Director will be responsible for the Quality Assurance and Regulatory compliance within the UK manufacturing operations. Involved in maintenance and review/approval of the documented system which comprises the Quality Management system.

The QA Director will work with the existing team of 3 direct reports and a large quality team to cover running the team to ensure company wide compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements. Controlling microbiology including assurance of sterility of released products and validations.

To be considered for the role you will have extensive experience managing at senior level within a highly regulated quality environment. Experience of FDA/13485 is required for this role along with experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical manufacturing. Strong experience of quality improvement processes and techniques and able to develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
