VP of Marketing required for our client, a global leader of B2B business intelligence and innovation management tools.



Job Description

The VP of Marketing is a critical link between Marketing and Sales and is responsible for the strategy development and execution of various lead generation programs. This leader will be one of the first roles in a newly established Marketing Department for a high growth company (from 30 to 300 employees in 3 years). Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Marketing will be responsible for hiring, building and leading a team of 3-5 people in their first year.



The successful VP of Marketing will have proven experience dealing with Hubspot / Marketo / Salesforce or any other similar systems and also they will also understand how to build their own Marketing Stack - mashing up tools like Buffer, MailChimp, Instapage, AdRoll, SendGrid to build a more robust system. We are looking for a leader, who will engage in the day to day, smash team targets by keeping the bigger picture firmly in mind.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute and manage various creative, highly effective integrated inbound/outbound marketing campaigns across various channels including but not limited to SEM, SEO, re-targeting, online advertising, social, wed and email.
* Develop segmentation and identify opportunities to drive targeted campaigns that generate new leads and nurture existing leads
* Work closely with product and sales teams to prioritise marketing campaigns
* Establish and meet quarterly marketing lead generation and opportunity creation targets
* Manage marketing budget
* Analyse all stages of demand creation process to identify areas of improvement



Desired Skills and Experience:

* 8+ years' experience marketing experience with 4+ years on demand generation
* Has previously managed and lead a team
* Team work
* Good communication skills
* Understand B2B SaaS space
