Our customer is one of the most cutting edge innovative e-commerce businesses on the market at present that has created real success and growth in a short time frame.
To further grow, develop and execute excellent software development and deployment a CTO is needed to take my customers tech team to the next level.
They will be instrumental in building the tech teams up, to being involved in the strategy road maps and ultimately the full delivery of the technology platform and their products.
They need a hands on CTO familiar with the tasks in hand who can work with various stakeholders to solve the issues and operational challenges that occur within the business
Responsibilities:
* You are a startup person with proven success in growing e-commerce tech departments
* Experience with complex technical and highly scalable applications
* You have a proven track record of successfully communicating with multiple stakeholders, including the engineering team, the leadership team, other company functions or external vendors
* You have a tech background with experience in a lead software engineering role (Python, Django, Javascript, Devops)
* The position is equally split between technology and management
